Zoom AI Companion2023-11-29 05:06 AM
Good morning,
Can somebody please direct me to what I need to do to revoke any and all consent for any and all AI training from our meetings? We do not want to have any of our conversations used for training an AI.

Hi @tylerkurth
As noted in our support article about how AI Companion handles data:
"Data from users’ interactions with the AI Companion features may be accessed, processed, and used by Zoom to provide and maintain the services, troubleshoot issues, and provide support. Zoom does not use any of your audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments or other communications-like customer content (such as poll results, whiteboard and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models."
This means if you don't have these AI features enabled for your meetings, your data won't be accessed by any AI models, and if it is enabled, Zoom is only using that audio to provide the summary or answer a question, not to train models.
If you disable the meeting summary and questions features at the account level and lock them as such, then no one on your account will be able to use these features for their own meetings.
Keep in mind though, if you join someone else's meeting and they are utilizing an AI Companion features, you are abiding by their settings and your audio will be analyzed by AI Companion to provide the summary or answer questions.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
