Meeting Summary with AI companion is not as good as it has been

What is going on with the quality of the Meeting Summary with AI Companion?  Has there been some change or upgrade implemented recently?!  My Meeting Summaries have gotten progressively shorter and worse over the last week or so.

    @Trillion  I have not experienced this with Zoom AI Companion Meeting Summaries.  Can you provide some additional details on what you are seeing here.  I would like to know more and report back to the product team.

    What @finoptimist says in his post is exactly what I experienced during my 1 hour meetings:  " My meeting summary notes were 7-10 paragraphs. They were phenomenal, I was so happy. Now, I am only getting 2-3 paragraphs and it's missing so much of the information. Something changed overnight...."

    @Josh_Stanley I can attest to this. I posted a similar issue just a few days ago as well. My meeting summary notes were 7-10 paragraphs. They were phenomenal, I was so happy. Now, I am only getting 2-3 paragraphs and it's missing so much of the information. Something changed overnight and I wish I could somehow restart and get the same quality as before. I would appreciate if someone could help me troubleshoot. I even went as far as downloading Otter AI just to try something and it's so inconvenient to have to pay for another software when this one was working perfectly just a few weeks ago.

        I appreciate it. At least from my end everything looks fixed now. Thanks for letting me know about the recent outage that seemed to impact the summaries. My last summary recaps from calls in early May/2025 seem to be working properly.
