Is there a Zoom tool for AI notes or transcription in breakout rooms.

Does anyone have recommendations for a note-taking app for breakout rooms within a Zoom meeting? I am meeting host and moderator but I can't be in all the breakout rooms to take notes. Is there a tool or extension that can be used within Zoom to do this?

Unfortunately, the Zoom AI companion does not work on breakout rooms.

 

While I cannot guarantee, you may want to check out third party AI notetakers like Twine on the Zoom Market Place.

Hello, we are getting ready to host listening sessions with multiple breakout rooms and were hoping to use AI companion to assist with notetaking. Have any changes been made to the program to allow for AI Companion in breakout rooms? Thanks!
