Hi everyone!
I'm new in the Zoom Community.
Recently a provider send an AI summary of our Zoom session to me and I'm considering the possibility to use it in my services.
My question is:
Is it possible to have a AI summary if I didn't set up AI companion in the session?
Or this is not possible 'a posteriori'?
I would love to see the accuracy of the summary checking with previous recordings with clients.
Thank you in advance for your answers!

Hi Montserrat,
Thanks for reaching out!
To generate an AI summary for a Zoom meeting, the Zoom AI Companion must be enabled before the session. Without this setup, the AI Companion cannot produce a summary for that meeting.
Once enabled, you can configure the AI Companion to share meeting summaries exclusively with the host. See screenshot below:
Additionally, as the host/owner can edit the summary before sharing it to correct any typographical errors, such as misspelled names. You will see this "edit" option at the bottom of the email and you will be redirected to the web portal to complete the edit.
