I do not want participants to have access to Smart Recordings

I am not aware of a way to have these Smart Recording features generated for a cloud recording but not included when shared with others. You could download the cloud recording locally, which would remove all the other bells and whistles, but this would require sharing it with others through another service (Google Drive, Youtube).
