On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Help! Meeting summaries have stopped

My meeting summaries have stopped, last I could find in email and in zoom in the online environment are from end of Jan.  Do I have to change a setting or other?  Help!

The same thing happened to me today.  I've have 4 meetings and the only one of importance I enabled "Transcribe" as well.  The entire meeting I could see the transcription running.  When the meeting was over I received nothing so two hours later I asked AI Companion to generate the summary and it said it couldn't because the meeting was not transcribed.  I'm at a loss.  That was really the only meeting I needed information from!
