My meeting summaries have stopped, last I could find in email and in zoom in the online environment are from end of Jan. Do I have to change a setting or other? Help!

The same thing happened to me today. I've have 4 meetings and the only one of importance I enabled "Transcribe" as well. The entire meeting I could see the transcription running. When the meeting was over I received nothing so two hours later I asked AI Companion to generate the summary and it said it couldn't because the meeting was not transcribed. I'm at a loss. That was really the only meeting I needed information from!

My meeting summaries have stopped too! I rely on these - one of my fave features of zoom now.
I checked my settings and it is still set to automatically start meeting summaries, but my last one was last week. I did see this message in the AI companion even though all things seem checked appropriately: One or more AI Companion features are disabled in your settings.
@zoom please help us!

So have mine! Normally, without fail, I receive an emailed summary after every meeting. However, last week it stopped suddenly. All settings remain unchanged.

I had the same issue a while ago. For me, the meeting summaries stopped because the AI Companion was turned off in my account settings without me knowing. Check your settings to see if it's still enabled. Also check if your plan still includes that feature, especially if there were any changes recently. If everything looks fine but it's still not working, try reaching out to Zoom support. They fixed it for me pretty quickly.
