Error summary AI

I use AI transcription and since yesterday some of the Zoom meetings stopped giving transcripts (I control the space and delete old ones, so it's not a storage space issue). Now 1 summary is inactive, the next one is active, the next one is inactive again. And the system doesn't even let me delete them. @svzinovyev , some of my meetings came back and eventually transcribed and summarized after the outage.  If yours are still not showing and wont allow you to edit, you will likely have to put in a support ticket to get technical assistance to either force the summary or delete it all together (depending on your preference).

AI Companion didn’t capture my meeting until the last eight minutes of our session.  It was a disaster!  How can I confirm that the AI tool is functioning correctly?  This is the first time that this problem materialized.  I thought it was working because the closed captioning displayed throughout the meeting.  Did anyone have the same experience.  My incident occurred on April 18.
