Correcting Participants Names

My team starting using AI Companion to take notes during our meeting. When we review the meeting summary it notates incorrect names. For example, it notes Judy when the participant's name is Karen. Is there a way to adjust this to have accurate notes?

Hi,

There are several reasons why names may appear incorrectly in AI Companion meeting summaries.
The AI may confuse speakers because of voice recognition limits.

How to improve accuracy

- Check names: Make sure all participants use their correct display names in Zoom.

- Better audio: Use good microphones and reduce background noise.

- State names: Have speakers say their name before talking, especially at the start.

- Edit after: Manually fix any name errors in the summary.

Our AI Companion is continuously being improved for better voice recognition and speaker identification, manual review and correction of meeting summaries may be necessary until these enhancements are fully implemented.
