Can I still access a a transcript if I didn't enable the transcript setting

When you say "transcript", are you referring to "Meeting Summary"? 

Unfortunately, if the AI Companion was active but the meeting summary was not enabled before the meeting, it is not possible to retroactively generate or access the summary. The meeting summary feature must be activated in advance for the AI Companion to capture and save the summary.

Here’s what you can do moving forward: Enable the meeting summary to start during meetings automatically. Do not forget to hit "save".  You can opt to enable/disable anytime.

I have the meeting summary but I would like the whole transcript.  I have now enabled access to meeting transcripts but was wondering if it is possible to access the full transcript of a meeting that occurred prior to enabling this feature."
