AI reporting for Call center

Does anyone know where to find AI reports for the following AI tools? Consumer sentiment and agent talk metrics?

@HollyRamey , you may have better luck tagging this discussion to Contact Center. I believe that Customer Sentiment is a functionality of Quality Management. If you have that licensing, you should see a separate tab in your administration panel which would allow reporting access by engagement.
Agent Talk Metrics are likely going to be in the Analytics & Reports tab, although there is a "Logs" tab inside of Contact Center that has additional reporting you may find what you are looking for there as well.
