AI Summary - completely wrong company name - called us the main comnpetitor!

Incredibly odd summary, where the AI notes referred to us throughout as the name of one of our main competitors.  How would this even happen?

 

• Xxxxxx team to review the <Vendor name> proposal and pricing details.

• Bob to schedule a follow-up meeting with xxxxxxx in September to discuss the proposal.

 

• Xxxxxxx team to evaluate the impact of Vendor implementation on their project development.

You could edit the AI Summary to add the correct company name. You could either copy and paste the AI summary into a word document and share. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that makes it easy to make edits to the AI summary and circulate.

OK but that's not really a solution to the issue that Zoom has misidentified our company, as a competitor.  It's like a call with Coca Cola and Zoom transcribes the entire thing referring to Pepsi's team.  

I'll raise this directly with the account exec, this is wildly unacceptable.

@AndyHarkin  Did you find a solution?  Zoom AI consistently spells the name of our company wrong and I don't see any way to train the agent. (At least it doesn't call us by a competitor's name!)
