In Meeting Summary I have a start time for meeting but I don't see an end time, is this a feature I have to turn on somewhere?  

I bill hourly and this would be a huge timesaver.

You could use Zoom's APIs to pull the meeting summary end time. If you are not a developer there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you pull meeting summary start and end times automatically.
