AI Companion Use Case for: Managers, Coaches, Mentors (or anyone looking to get promoted)

In this short video (6 mins) I show an example of using AI Companion with direct reports, mentees, students, etc... that are in need of skills or performance development. 

By leveraging Zoom AI Companion, you can compare their existing job description against the job description for their future desired role to identify the skills gap.  Add in annual performance reviews as context to help make the development plan even more valuable by tailoring the output further to the user by capturing not only skills but performance gaps as well.
