AI Companion NOT making Transcripts

• AI Companion is installed, all buttons turned on, active
• Yesterday I recorded four different meetings. I turned on AI Companion and I turned off AI Companion each time.
• It is within the 24 hour window. 
• Recording and Transcripts / Transcripts -> Nothing in Transcripts. Zero. "No results"

Where are my transcripts? How can I access them?
