AI Companion Metrics

The company I work for would like to see AI Companion metrics by department (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.).
Currently I see no way for me to pull AIC metrics except at the macro company level, even though I have all my company's departments loaded into Zoom via SSO/SAML and populated for every user account.

You’re correct , AI Companion metrics are only available at the company wide level, even though department details are already being pulled in through your SSO/SAML integration. We know this makes it harder to get the detailed insights you need, and your feedback is really valuable to us.
