This award, voted on by both users and industry experts, is a true testament to the incredible work of our Community team and the meaningful impact our community has on users around the world 🌎✨.

As CMX perfectly put it:

"These winners aren’t just doing great work—they’re setting the standard for what community can do for business."

Unbelievably proud of this acommplishment 🏆 ! Huge congratulations to the entire Zoom Community — this win belongs to all of us! 💙

@Bri congratulations but to be honest I find it a little surprising given that the forum doesn't seem to facilitate discussion of problems with the forum itself?

For example:

* No "discussion forum" topic tag

* No "top level" category that could be used to discuss issues with the forum itsel. e.g. potential bugs or enhancements

Hi @robmOz, thanks for sharing this feedback! You're right that we don’t currently have a dedicated space for community-specific feedback, though we’re always working to improve the forum experience. In the past, we had a dedicated area for this purpose, but found that it often became a secondary channel for product questions and support, which led to some confusion about where to find the right resources.

That said, we always welcome feedback on how to make this space more valuable to our members. If you have ideas for improving the community experience, feel free to share them here in the Social Corner or send me a private message. Thanks – we appreciate it!

Thanks for the reply @Bri. I wasn't aware that you previously did have a space where discussion about the community could happen.

If you had this community category before and found that people were asking questions about products, wouldn't that be an indication that it would be a good idea a to create another category for general product questions rather than just removing the community discussion category?

Similarity, if people were asking about support for a particular product, wouldn't the best solution be to move the question to the appropriate product category?

No problem, @robmOz! While we do have a process for moving miscategorized posts to the correct boards, the volume in this particular space became hard to keep up with and was pulling focus from directly helping customers. To improve efficiency and make sure questions get answered faster, we removed this space so posts land in the right place from the start. We're always open to revisiting things if there's a clear need, so we really appreciate your input.
