How long I’ve been using Zoom? I am not really sure, I know it was pre-CoVid-19 so 3-4 years? There was only Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, and Digital Signage back then. Now we are also using Zoom Phone, and Zoom Contact Center.

What’s your go-to virtual background? I like funny things as ice-breakers: Millennium Falcon's Cabin with me sitting with Chewbacca (Video), A 6x6' Jail-Cell with its all-metal furniture 😁, Queens II Album's Cover showing Freddy's empty spot (for my face to fill), Top-Gun's Jet Cabin, etc.

What's the most unique Zoom event you've attended in the last year? It wasn't last year, but I was lucky enough to go to the Zoomtopia event where Zoom brought Lynyrd Skynyrd's  last tour concert. We got a close encounter with the band's few original members left. It was great!

What’s your go-to virtual background? I have a tendency to have my background on the blurry vision setting.

I'm 86 years old. Not very high-tech. I was a participant in Zoom meetings until a few days ago & on my hp PC it isn't allowing me to attend my meetings. Is there a way for me to fix it? Why is it doing this now? Can you help?

How long I’ve been using Zoom? Six years!!!!!!

What’s your go-to virtual background? I love to showcase my watercolor art. However, I often have a live background when teaching in my Art Studio. 

​​What's the most unique Zoom event you've attended in the last year?  Being an Event Moderator for the San Antonio NAMI Pathways-to-Hope which hosts amazing international speakers with more than 5000 attendees every August!!!
