Accidentally Clicked Educator Account

Hi!

I was looking to sign in to Zoom, but clicked the educator account at the bottom out of curiosity. I am now unable to sign in without being prompted to enter educator settings. Is there any way to disable this so I can just have a regular Zoom account again? I am currently using a different email to post this.

I saw another post about this in January, and they had a number set up for support to contact them.

    I also mistakenly checked it, and I cannot fill up the information needed as I am not an educator what should I do?

    I am also having this issue. My organization technically works with kids, but that's a completely separate department that I in no way interact with.

    I also clicked it mistakenly what shoud I do I cannot fill up the information needed because I am not an educator

    Yes, first login completely, then terminate your account. Sign up again.

    The same thing happened to me but I'm actually a student and I misread it

    I made same mistake. I was opening zoom account for my child accidentally ticked aducator and then it kept asking me to enter address of the school and its details. I had to finalize the registration but it is for my 7 year old child. Can you please fix?

    Terminate your account, then sign up again, it worked.
