I've signed up for zoom calls to take incoming calls form our company but I've not been able to actually receive the calls they just appear as missed calls, and I setup a time block to recieve these calls but am getting calls outside of the designated call time block as well
Hello @Perlyn , Can you elaborate how you have the system configured? There isn't much information to follow on the issue. Maybe even better, send a screenshot of your phone configuration showing the Phone > Settings > Call Handling.
If the number is not assigned to your phone, then explain where is assigned to (Auto Receptionist, Call Queue) and explain how it is configured (or send a screenshot).
