Hi

Can I know if anyone has issues today for doing ZTP for Poly phone VVX Series for Zoom Phone?

I have issues that the Poly phone did not upgrade to the supported firmware/software version.

The provision path is https://provpp.zoom.us ...

hi taikc,

which vvx model and revision do you have?

What firmware version do you get when you use ztp?

VVX 250/350/450 come with two firmware versions depending on the hardware revision (Old or New). Please review the Poly Product Shipping Configuration Change Notice for more detailed information about new hardware revisions.

hi taikc,

i tried with one of my vvx411 that i had not used since april 2023.  when i plugged it in, the vvx411 it automatically upgraded firmware to 6.4.5.1210.  i removed the vvx411 from my account.  i did a factory reset and then added the vvx411 back in.  everything worked as expected.

Removed vvx411, did a factory reset, added vvx411 to unassigned devices and then assigned to user.  Everything worked and had 6.4.5.1210.
