upgraded to zoom one pro but meeting ended after 40 minutes

I upgraded to zoom one pro on 25th April. I had my first zoom meeting today and it ended after 40 minutes even though on zoom one pro there shouldn't be a time limit. I have a meeting tonight and cant have it end after 40 minutes. Can anyone help please?

It turns out the license was applied to another email account of mine. I don't know why. Went into meetings, user management, users, selected the incorrectly assigned email, clicked on basic, then went to the correct email, assigned the paid for license to this one. Now works.
