not sure what the issue is. when I try to watch the recorded zoom. I click the link put the passcode in and I get a error.

Hi, @Manny74 Apparently, your account admin has prevented all users in the account from accessing the cloud recordings. This is why you have this error.
You have to contact the admin if you go to Account Profile on the left and look for Account Support Information, and you'll see there who to contact.
