return after breakout, mute all

When a breakout ends and participants return to main room, I want all participants mute.  

How can I ensure this happens every time?

    Hello!

     

    If you have the main meeting set to mute participants on entry, and you do not allow the participants to unmute themselves, they'll still be able to unmute in a breakout room.  When they go back to the main meeting, they'll be forced to mute again and not be able to unmute.
