I'm not sure whether there is a broken link to the Android download, but you can always start at zoom.us/download to get the app for Android, which should take you here for the latest version: 

https://play.google.com/store/apps/detials?id=us.zoom.videomeetings

I do not know why you having a Pro account (versus a basic or business account?) would cause any issue in getting the appropriate download link.  Hopefully the link above allows you to update your Android device appropriately and perhaps being on latest version this issue has been corrected.
