Hello, This is an university in Korea.

It is an account that has signed a license agreement with Zoom,

but there is a notice that it cannot open more than two conference rooms at a time.

Does anyone know the solution?

We're using this account to open cyber lectures.

Licensed users on Enterprise, Business, and Education accounts can host up to 2 meetings at the same time. Both meetings need to be started by the original meeting host or by an alternative host. The host can leave the meeting and pass host privileges to another user if needed.

Starting multiple meetings at the same time can be a challenge, but it is possible to do with some careful planning.

The first step is to determine which of the meetings needs to take priority. This will help you decide which meeting should start first and how long each meeting should last. Once this is established, you’ll need to create a timeline for all the meetings that outlines when each one should begin and end. Make sure to factor in any breaks that may be needed between meetings as well.

Finally, use technology like video conferencing or virtual whiteboards to facilitate the multiple meetings at once. This will allow you to keep track of what’s going on in each meeting and ensure everyone has access to the necessary materials. With these steps in place, starting multiple meetings simultaneously can be done efficiently and effectively.

Starting multiple meetings at the same time can be challenging, but it can be done with some careful preparation. The first step is to create a plan for each meeting. Make sure you know who will be attending and what topics need to be discussed. Additionally, it's important to set aside enough time for each meeting so that everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

Once the plans are in place, use a scheduling tool or app to coordinate the start times of all meetings. This will help ensure that everyone knows when and where they need to be and that no one is left out of any of the discussions. You can also use this tool to send out reminders prior to the start of each meeting.

Finally, when it comes time for all three meetings to begin, make sure you have a way of tracking progress throughout them. This could include taking notes or recording audio/video so that you can review it later if needed. Ptliga
