eLearning for school district

Our district has a plan for eLearning days in the event of inclement weather, emergency, etc. We had an eLearning day in February and had MASSIVE issues with Zoom. We believe the issue is that Zoom links expire.  In our preparation and roll out of the plan, staff created links in December and placed them in a post that stayed in draft form until an eLearning  day is called.

What would be the BEST and most reliable way for staff to create Zoom links?

Hi @jsajovec ,

Sorry about the issues you had with your eLearning days on Zoom. Zoom Meeting links do expire if the meeting has not been started within 30 days of scheduling, or 365 days of a recurring meeting

My recommendation would be to create a recurring meeting (even though it's not technically recurring) so that you have 365 days to use that link. It won't matter if the meeting is actually on the scheduled days or not, they can still be started on an unplanned inclement weather day for example. Let me know if you have any other questions!
