I recorded a meeting yesterday

my collaborators confirm the permission to record procedure

recorded to the cloud

I was above my data storage limit

No zoom recording has been sent

Deleted old meetings to restore data storage

But cannot find recording and no email sent

    I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new so support can help you check if there are recorded session in the cloud under your account.
