can't host meeting on computer, zoom screen locked

When I try to host a meeting on my computer, the screen shows a lock icon. I have been hosting this meeting all year during the same scheduled times. Any suggestions?  Thanks,

    Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? That would help us understand where the issue could be coming from.

      I atached the screen shot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom. I have reset my password also. I am a teacher and use zoom twice a week. Please help.

    Hi - I have had the same problem for over 2 weeks and can not get any help.  Did you find a solution?  Please email me at *********** if you did.  I also conduct 2 zoom meetings each week and attend a 3rd.  I've also tried everything suggested with no results.  Thank you so much!
