Zoom recording sent to me

I have the url and pass code but the same message comes up ' you cannot view this recording. No permission' . the host confirms all restrictions lifted. Five recipients have the same problem

    Hi @Hean, it's been some time since you've posted this discussion! Suggest having the Host look into our KB on the settings for sharing cloud recordings. If that doesn't work, please submit a ticket to our Zoom technical support team so they can look into your issue further.
