Zoom meetings reports

The other day, at the end of a polling, I clicked on the Download button and I was given the option to download the report either in xls or csv format. Today, this option was not there. I could only download it in csv format or through the browser (Safari). Any idea how I can restore the xls format, which works so much better for me?

BTW, I tried to go through the Account Management/Reports etc., but the only option that appear is  "download the report in csv format".

Could anybody help me?

    Hi @alki09 , I know it has been a bit since you posted, sorry for the delay in response!

     

    Currently, meeting reports can only be generated as a CSV file. I am not sure how you were able to see an option for xls, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. If this is something you would like in the future I would definitely encourage you to submit this feedback to zoom.us/feed.
