Zoom doesn't work and no one knows how to fix it, Help!

I created another Zoom account to be able to test the platform from my computer. And still the problem persists, I have no connection to Zoom and there is no case that it works. It´s not about my computer, my computer is a Mac Mini i5 16gbRAM 1tb Hard Drive MacOS Mojave. I´ve always used zoom on it, and never had any problems so far. The app just doesn´t work!!!:..

    Thanks for the help, but I have MAC not PC! 
    I just installed the OLD VERSION (9.1) and still the same problem. It does not allow me to access the Zoom Platform. 

    By the way, what is the path to access the ZOOM files?

    My apologies, I replied incorrect answer. Please ignore.
    By the way, the OLD VERSION (9.1) means macOS version? If so, the version does not support. (Should be macOS X with macOS 10.9 or later)

    Same here with my M1 Mac Studio Max and latest macOS. No chance to use zoom anymore. And I am still a pro user and paid for that. I can't access audio prefs in the app - everytime I do that the app crashes!
