Zoom crashes with I start my camera or even open video settings

My camera works on other apps and with zoom on other computers but on my computer it appears on "video devices" as blank, rarely it will start but turning it off, entering video settings, and usually even starting zoom will cause it to crash. It started when turning the camera on and off took about 10 seconds. All this started this week and upgrading zoom and then downgrading it to 5.17.5 didn't help.

Is there any solution to this?
