Zoom Rooms Errors

Hello. 
I need help please.
Has anyone here experienced the error of breakout rooms fucntion?

Here is my story
I already set my breakout to the "flexible one" (anyone can join, anyone can go to main room anytime, anyone can choose, no time limit etc). The breakout room start but suddenly the breakout room function went error. 1000 participants can join my meeting. But the participants are can't join breakout rooms well. If the participants are Join, they are automatically leave the breakout rooms (always) and leave the meeting (sometime).

Any clue?

    Zoom regularly provides new versions of the Zoom desktop client and mobile app to release new features and fix bugs. We recommend upgrading to the latest version when it is available to receive the best video and audio experience.

    Upgrading the Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux

    Zoom provides a pop-up notification when there is a new mandatory or optional update within 24 hours of logging in.

    If you already have the Zoom desktop client installed, check for updates:

    Sign in to Zoom desktop client.
    Click your profile picture then click Check for Updates.

    Zoom application is upgraded but error is still occurring.
