Zoom Recording - How to remove viewer's ability to download the recording files

How can I remove the viewers ability to download any files AND remove the viewer's ability to see the chat? 

 

I setup the sharing for the recording of a meeting but when I selected registration for the viewer view the recording all the settings changed and I was no longer able to select what I wanted the viewer to have access to. Now it seems like I cannot change the viewer's ability to download the files. I only want them to see the recorded webinar, not download it.

    If you have a meeting recording and want to make sure users can view it but not download it, go to Zoom and sign in. Click Recordings on the left. Click the recording you want to change. Click Share in the top right (image 1). Now select who can view, and click Share Setting. Remove the download check mark (image 2). If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution.
