Zoom Not seeing my Sony NX100 Video camera

Hi!

 

   I purchased a Sony HDX NX100. I'm getting out over HDMI into my monitor just fine. But when I run the HDMI into my Black Magic UltraStudio Recorder 3G and into my computer over firewire Zoom does not see it as a selectable camera. I know the 3G is getting signal over firewire because the power light is on. Any help is appreciated.....

    Thanks for joining the Zoom Community!  You may need to engage Black Magic support to ensure that you have all the necessary connections set up. If everything checks out on that end, and you still have signal issues, I would recommend checking in with Zoom Support by creating a ticket. Good Luck!
