Zoom Meeting Already In Progress


When I give my clients my meeting ID and Password to jump on a meeting, they get an error message “Meeting Already In Progress.” I then have to acquire their email and send invite directly from the meeting. It never used to be this way. There are no other meetings in progress, just the one I’m hosting and wanting my guests on. Any ideas?

During a meeting you can click the green shield in the top left corner, and copy the current meeting information, and send that to your participants. That way you can be sure to send them the right information. 

I have the same problem and they do have the correct info for the zoom room.
