Zoom Desktop Inoperable

Zoom magically stopped loading from web links today. I tried to update zoom and it says "check version failed." I've restarted my computer and regranted permission to everything on my computer (PC), so I have no idea what else to do.

 

I can't contact support because my account isn't gold status or whatever and need this to wrap up my work this week. I work in television and it's impossible to respond in accurate detail when screen sharing is being viewed by a cell phone.

 

I've tried every trick from the 6-8 step checklists online when Zoom stops working.
