What happens if I switch to a paid version for a meeting registered in the free version?

I scheduled a free meeting with clients on April , but I'm gonna upgrade my account by the meeting (basic to business).

Then, is this meeting options applied the upgrade plan? or should I set up a new meeting schedule?
