Waiting Room Logo Not Uploading Logo

In "Customize waiting room," the ability to upload a logo by an administrator no longer functions. The upload logo button appears operational, and yet it is not.

    Hi, @lisaa,

     

    What type of drvice and operating system are you using?  Also keep in mind there are restrictions as to file your and size; if the image it are shoot to upload doesn’t meet those requirements, it won’t upload.

     

    I just updated mine and it’s working fine. But I did have to try twice, both at the user level and the admin level. Not sure why that is, but be persistent if it doesn’t work at first.
