Video is black on my Lenovo B50-70 on Win10 21H1

Hi,

 

on my Lenovo B50-70 with Win10 21H1, my Video keeps "black" in every Zoom Session and in my own preview.

The camera is working fine with every other program.

I already checked:

  • drivers
  • Windows Updates
  • uninstalled Zoom, and installed the newest Version after a reboot.
  • privacy settings

I also tried this:

Has anybody a 
similar problem or a solution for that?

I am now too.  It just started this week, and I am not sure why.  I have updated the drivers on the Lenovo camera etc.  I was hopiong a solution had been found.

I did all that as well. Same issue. Have you tried an external camera. Thinking of trying that. Or maybe an upgrade to Window 11.  Anyone have success with these?

I ordern a external WebCam, I tell you if that worked for me, when my tests are over...
