I am the host and I set up the Zoom meeting okay but as soon as I start it, the video switches off and I get a circle buffering. But then the app freezes and no one can get access to the meeting even though they were initially in it. I have submitted to web requests for support but no reply.
Any help much appreciated as I run online fitness classes and am losing money

The following steps should help get the old installation cleared, and get Zoom reinstalled and working for you.
1. Uninstall the Zoom application completely, and then restart your computer when it's finished.

2. Once done restarting please visit this link https://zoom.us/support/download this will automatically download the newest version for you. Please install this version once downloaded.
This should clear up any issues with the app. Let me know if that helps!
