User account disappeared
One of my users accounts has completely disappeared. It was a licensed account (Our CEO unfortunately). I am working with Zoom support but am wondering if anyone else has seen something similar.
Facts
Used a week ago and no trace of it since, no evidence of it being deleted and her license is now freed up.
While investigating issue, she stated she also had 2 other accounts that have also disappeared.
She is not tech savvy but I trust that she did not go into account settings and delete 3 accounts.
