I have Acuity Squarespace linked to Zoom, and it works all good, but I had an issue today 02/06/24 with a client that couldn't join a Meeting, but it's a regular client, what was different was that he was using a different location, what might have caused that?

Hi @RonaldSilva welcome to the community! Because this is a Zoom App Marketplace App, Acuity Scheduling has a Developer Support you maybe utilize to understand how the integration works and what maybe the cause to the issue from when a user is using a different location.
