Sharing Links during Zoom Meeting

Medspace

Hello, I am an online teacher so my students join my Zoom meeting at a certain times, but I also have many that come in after we have started. I always have several links to share and so I am constantly putting them in the chat every time someone new joins the meeting. Is there any other way to share links besides the chat?

Hi @Medspace !

  1. You can always share a Google Doc or other cloud-stored document with all of your session's associated links; for added security and engagement, make the link "view with comments" so they can provide feedback but not change the content, and if you're concerned about students bouncing early, you can provide the link at the end as an end-of-meeting survey.
  2. Put a QR code for a link doc in the corner of a PPT/shared screen item.
  3. Have a "tech helper" student be in charge of providing the links at intervals throughout the class.
