1080P Webcam
I've only been able to record meetings when I am not using the webcam. Webcam was purchased to increase the sharpness of the video. I'm not that tech savvy and I'd appreciate any help offered.

Hey @Dina__3, just trying to understand a bit more as to what your issue is. Is the quality of your recording not 1080p? Are you recording Locally or to the Cloud?
The following resolutions will be recorded:
640p x 360p will be the resolution if group HD is disabled.
1280 x 720p will be the resolution if group HD is enabled.

I've enabled HD, optimized for 3rd party video editor, as well as enabled the Group HD Camera...and it's still recording at 640x360...help (thanks)! I'm starting to wonder if this is their way of getting one to purchase the higher plans...? This should not be this difficult for both user-friendliness and user-experience...know what I mean?

Hey @Radambrown you're correct, for Using Group HD video you will need a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account. And Note: Setting must be enabled by Zoom Support for 720p for the Pro account.
