Bri, the question you have just answered resonates with a comment I just left elsewhere: although I would be delighted to add a cool feature (interpreting in my meetings), and would be happy to pay the initially apparent "extra handful of monthly dollars" , the reality is that the ten-license requirement for upgrading from Pro to Business is a non-starter.   I can only speculate that Zoom is not able to handle the expected increase in plaform requirements - extra traffic - demand on your servers.  I am suggesting Zoom carefully consider the benefits (certainly to the world, and potentially to Zoom Shareholders... of dropping that "ten license requirement".  That would allow real-life  small businesses to gain access to features that would include my own target service: Zoom Interpretation.
