Not happy - my video wavering & blinking


Please can someone help me. I just submitted a ticket. I tried to teach my Zumba class on Monday for which I NEED video to work and it was wavering and blinking but ONLY MINE. The participants videos were fine. I had to cancel class since they couldn’t see me right. They could hear me. It said something about an update when I logged on.

I need help and am here because they are saying my plan doesn’t qualify for phone support or even live chat even tho my Pro Plan shows that it DOES include those!!!! That is a lie!!!!!! Help! Please!
