Not all recording files available

Last year when I was downloading meeting recordings from the cloud, the whole suite of files were there to choose from. Now I'm only getting a few. We capture a single speaker presenting so all I get is the tiny 640 x 360 Speaker View file. The files I downloaded last year had a _recording_ file that seemed to capture the presenter in a higher resolution of 1616x782. Why are the _recording_ files no longer available? I've not turned anything off in recording prefs. I also don't run the meetings so I don't know if there is an option there.

Try this if it works? Click your profile picture then click Settings. Click Recording. Click one of these options beside Local Recording: Click Open to open the folder where your local recordings are stored

I don't record the meetings, they are done by others in the organisation so there are no local recordings, just cloud recordings.
