Not able to start a meeting code 300

I can't start my scheduled meeting ( I'm an instructor) on my laptop. 

 

When I want to start, it takes me to another page "Click launch meeting below"

When I click on it, it opens a new zoom log-in page... When I log in through that new page, it gives me an error (300).

 

I don't have a problem starting my meeting with my phone, this problem started today and with my laptop only. 

 

Can anyone help figure out how to solve this problem, please?

    If you are receiving error code 300,submit a support request ticket 

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

    to Zoom Support for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide the following:

    • What operating system you are using
    • What you were doing when you received this error
    • Meeting ID, if in a meeting or trying to join/start a meeting

    Click on the Forgot Password option. Now enter your Email ID. This will send a Password reset link to your Email ID. Open the Zoom app again.

    Dear James, Thank you for your reply.

    I tried it earlier, it's not about the password. It's like it's opening zoom into another zoom account.

    So, I log in -> start the meeting -> launch the meeting -> new log-in page -> enter my email, and pass again -> opens a new page -> gives the (300) error ( it shows it in my account)
