No Camera/Blank Screen

All of a sudden my camera stopped working yesterday. All I get is a black blank screen. I work a hybrid schedule so using the camera feature is essential. Please help!

    Hi @DH327 , thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

     

    Do you have any anti-virus that could potentially be blocking Zoom? I would check there first.

    Hi Carla,  I usually Zoom with medical professionals and have the same problem, their cameras will work until they enter the room and it'll stop- cameras will be on but blank. Do you think the hospitals IT system are blocking them? this has only been a common theme the last 2 or so week. thanks
